  • Homes built less than 6 months ago
  • Applicants who have not yet moved into the home because renovations are underway before it becomes their principal residence

  • Additions to existing homes
  • Retrofits that were done before a pre-retrofit evaluation
  • Retrofits that were done before December 1, 2020
