The Canada Greener Homes Initiative page changed the Oil to Heat Pump Affordability Program status from open for applications to closing soon. It now states that July 31, 2026, was the last day to apply for residents of Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.

- Begin by registering via the Log in to the Canada Greener Homes portal page.
- Log in securely using either a Sign-In Partner or a GCKey.
- You will then be directed to the portal, where you can start the application process.
