  • Ad hoc or informal B3 groups and collectives.

  • For-profit businesses.
  • Projects outside Ontario.
  • Projects with religious or partisan political purposes.

Eligible expenses

  • Personnel costs, including salaries, mandatory employment costs, and benefits for project-funded roles.
  • Non-personnel costs such as purchased services, workshops, meetings, gatherings, supplies, materials, evaluation, travel, and equipment.
  • Directly project-related overhead and administrative costs.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Capital campaigns.
  • Direct financial support for for-profit businesses.
  • Endowment funds.
  • Non-project expenses.
  • Partisan political activities.
  • Projects created for religious purposes or religious activities.
  • Projects carried out outside Ontario.
