How to apply

  • Step 1: Review program details
    • Check the grant purpose, key dates, and evaluation criteria.
    • Confirm that your organization is eligible as a Golf Canada member.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Complete the required form fields with organization and contact information.
    • Prepare the project information needed for evaluation and submission.
  • Step 3: Submit the form
    • Send the application through the Microsoft Forms application form.
    • Submit before March 27, 2026.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed against the program’s evaluation criteria.
  • Funding decisions are announced on May 1, 2026.
  • Approved applicants receive an initial 50% payment.
  • The remaining funds are released after the final report is submitted.

Additional information

  • Applicants may receive a maximum of one Project Grant within a five-year period.
  • Preference is given to applicants with the greatest financial need.
  • The application includes a final report with financial expenses for the remaining payment.
