Eligible expenses
- Cash project costs, including salaries of staff directly involved in the project, material purchases, equipment rental, specialized service contracts, administrative fees as defined admissible by the Fondation, and miscellaneous expenses such as travel
- In-kind contributions essential to the project, including unpaid time from employees or volunteers and free goods or services that would otherwise need to be purchased or rented

- Number of people expected to attend or be reached, and visibility offered to the Foundation

- Complete the form and send it by email in original format to the Fondation at encouragement@fbfq.ca.
- You may attach a letter or an informative document if you wish.
