- Proof of authority for anyone acting on behalf of the business, and a complete lease signed by both parties if the applicant leases part or all of the building, when applicable.
- For the fiscal year or years during and preceding the construction period: financial statements, federal income tax returns, federal notices of assessment, and documents related to subsidies received in 2020, 2021, and 2022 in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic, if applicable.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications received before May 20, 2026 are processed under the regulations applicable to the former programs.
- For Component 2, accelerated payment is available when all documents required for the calculation are submitted.
- Under Component 2 accelerated payment, a complete application can receive 100% of the amount and an incomplete application can receive 40% of the amount.
