- Activities focused only on learning a technique or theoretical knowledge without cultural reference and that do not develop disciplinary competencies.
- One-off workshops, conferences, or shows without active student participation in the classroom context.
- Fundraising activities for a school, a school service centre, or a school board.
- Shows or activities organized as a replacement for a school outing, where such an outing is feasible.
Eligible geographic areas
- Public schools offering pre-school, primary, secondary, vocational, or adult education services in Quebec.
Selection criteria
- Consistency with the program’s goal of integrating culture at school.
- Clarity of the educational purpose and links to school competencies.
- Relevance of the teacher-led activities.
- Expected benefits for students, partners, teachers, and the school community.
How to apply
- The school staff responsible must contact a regional cultural partner or a partner from a peripheral region.
- The responsible person and the cultural partner discuss the content of the activity, its duration, and the preparation to be done with students.
- Pieces justificatives must be provided from the project submission if the partner has worked with a youth clientele for more than two years.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by an evaluation committee.
- Decisions are announced in December 2025.
- When the result is known, a service contract must be signed between the school authority and the cultural partner.
