How to apply
- Step 1: Pre-consultation
- Meet with municipal staff to discuss the proposed work.
- Step 2: Prepare the application
- Complete the application form and supporting materials.
- Gather the required property and ownership documents.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Submit online, by email, by mail, or in person.
- Step 4: Municipal review
- Municipal staff review the application and may inspect the property.
- If approved, receive a letter and/or agreement.
- Step 5: Complete the project and submit invoices
- Finish the approved work.
- Submit paid invoices to the Municipality.
- Step 6: Receive payment
- Funding is issued by EFT after inspection and approval of invoices.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by municipal staff.
- A visual inspection may be required to assess the property.
- If approved, a letter and/or agreement is issued before work begins.
- Funding is paid only after the agreement is executed and conditions are met.
- Completed work may be inspected before payment is issued.
