- Faith organizations, except for local non-denominational events

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Environmental Projects Grant Review Panel.
- Applications are assessed using the program’s evaluation tool.
- Applicants are notified of approval or refusal after review.
- Approved projects require completion confirmation before funds are awarded.
- Final reporting is required after project completion.
Additional information
- Applicants must provide confirmation of completion after the project is finished.
- Successful recipients must submit a final report within three months after completion.
- The Township may report grant recipients and the use of funds publicly.
- Applications may be considered even after annual funds are depleted, subject to Council review.
