  • Step 2
    • Complete the application form and list all requested equipment.
    • Prioritize the equipment across all departments of the facility.

    • Submit the application through the online portal.
  • Step 4
    • Wait for the expert review and the Board’s decision.
  • Step 5
    • Sign the agreement if the grant is approved.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by an external committee of independent experts.
  • Funding recommendations are made in November.
  • The Enfant Soleil Board of Directors approves the grant in December.
  • An agreement is signed between Enfant Soleil and the applicant before payment.
  • Applicants receive a confidential outcome notification toward the end of January.
