Eligibility
- The applicant must purchase and install a variable speed hood and/or a condensing tempered air generator.
- The installation must be completed by a licensed natural gas contractor.
- The invoice for the equipment must be issued in the current year, indicating the model and installation date.
- The installation date must be after the approval date of the pre-admission (if applicable).
- Variable speed hoods with over 5000 CFM in new construction projects are not eligible.
