Eligibility
- The applicant must own a commercial kitchen that uses natural gas for water heating (rate 1).
- The project must involve the purchase and installation of an ENERGY STAR® certified natural gas fryer from a licensed commercial kitchen appliance supplier.
- The appliance installation can be part of a new construction or an existing commercial kitchen.
- The application must include the technical data sheet of the appliance and a purchase invoice issued within the past 12 months, showing the appliance model and installation date.

- Owners of commercial kitchens using natural gas to heat water (rate 1)
- Businesses specializing in the purchase of ENERGY STAR® certified natural gas fryers
- Newly constructed commercial kitchens using natural gas
Eligible expenses
- Purchase of an ENERGY STAR® certified natural gas fryer, supported by an invoice detailing the appliance model and installation date.
Eligible geographic areas
- Companies located in Quebec.
Selection criteria
- Processing of requests on a first come, first served basis and according to budget availability.
- Verification of the compliance of required documents (technical sheet of the device and purchase invoice with model and installation date).

Purchase and install fryer
- Purchase and install an ENERGY STAR certified natural gas fryer
- Appliance must be purchased from a licensed commercial kitchen supplier
- Retain the technical data sheet and invoice showing appliance model and installation date

Submit participation request
- Submit your participation request after installation
- Include the appliance's technical data sheet and invoice (issued within 12 months and indicating model and installation date)
- Send documents by email or mail to Enbridge Gas Quebec
