Eligibility
- The applicant must be a smaller commercial customer of Enbridge Gaz Québec.
- The applicant must consume less than 50,000 m³ of gas annually.
- The renovation work must involve the replacement of windows or the addition of insulation to walls and roofs.
- The renovation work must exceed the standards set by the Model National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings – 1997 (MNECB).
- Pre-admission approval from Enbridge Gaz Québec is required before beginning renovations.

Selection criteria
- Compliance with the minimum requirements of the renovation project (exceeding the standards of the National Model Energy Code for buildings – 1997 for walls and roofs).
- Review of purchase and installation invoices (identification of the number of square meters improved and date in accordance with program requirements).
- Verification of documents and photos certifying the completion of the work.

- Receive written notification of approval or refusal, and amount granted if approved
- Payment issued by cheque to address provided
