Eligibility
- The applicant must be a commercial multi-housing customer of Enbridge Gas Quebec (rate 1).
- The project must involve the purchase or lease of a commercial condensing water heater with an energy efficiency rating of 90% or higher.
- The appliance must not be intended for centralized use.

How to apply

Submit pre-admission application
- Optionally submit your pre-admission application before purchase and installation
- Ensures your eligibility for the cash incentive

Receive pre-admission approval
- Wait for Enbridge Gas Quebec to confirm receipt of your pre-admission form
- Pre-admission is subject to budget availability and is processed on a first-come, first-served basis
- Receive confirmation within 10 working days

Coordinate equipment installation
- Arrange the installation of the new condensing water heater
- Use any licensed natural gas contractor or a recommended authorized agent

Submit application documents
- Submit the technical data sheet of the installed unit
- Send a copy of the invoice issued within the past 12 months, showing model and installation date
- Send documents by email or mail addressed to Enbridge Gas Quebec - Energy Efficiency

Receive grant decision and payment
- Enbridge Gas Quebec will review your application and documents
- You will be informed in writing of acceptance or refusal and the amount granted
- If approved, a cheque will be mailed to the address provided
