- Dumping fees for demolition-related applications
- Trailers, sheds, hanging planters, and other non-permanent structures

- Downtown CIP Area, Wawa, Ontario
Processing and Agreement
- The application is first reviewed through a pre-application consultation with the municipality.
- Applications are then reviewed and sent to the Economic Development and Tourism Advisory Committee for recommendation.
- Municipal Council must approve the application by resolution or by-law.
- If approved, the applicant must sign an incentive agreement before starting the work.
- After completion, the municipality may inspect the property and issue payment once all requirements are met.
Additional information
- Applications are subject to annual municipal budget allocations.
- Applicants may combine more than one incentive for the same property, up to the program cap.
- All expenses are reimbursed after the work is completed and paid invoices are submitted.
- Owner/applicant labour is not eligible.
