Who is eligible?

Selection criteria
- Mandatory Criteria require a Pass to proceed to Part 2.
- Point-rated criteria include additional outcomes, S&T risks, project risks, project plan, team skills, inclusivity, financial controls, and commercialization plan.
- Phase 2 proposals must achieve the overall minimum pass mark of 65 of 130 possible total points.
How to apply
- Use the “Propose a solution” link to submit the proposal.
- Complete the Challenge Stream Submission Form.
- Submit enquiries in writing to the Contracting Authority if needed.
Processing and Agreement
- Proposals that meet all Mandatory Criteria are given a Pass and proceed to Part 2.
- Proposals that do not meet all Mandatory Criteria will be deemed non-responsive and given no further consideration.
- Phase 2 proposals must achieve the overall minimum pass mark of 65 of 130 possible total points to be deemed responsive.
- Responses to enquiries will be published through an amendment to the Challenge Notice on CanadaBuys.
Additional information
- Selected companies are eligible to receive one contract per phase per challenge.
- Multiple contracts could result from this Challenge.
- Travel is anticipated to DRDC Valcartier for initial kickoff, at the mid-project and at the end for delivery and training.
- Enquiries must be submitted in writing no later than ten calendar days before the Challenge Notice closing date.
