- Economy round-trip airfare between Québec and the United States for the guest speaker or artist
- Local transportation in the United States, honorarium up to USD 2,000, and daily subsistence allowances for up to 7 days
- Costs for producing, organizing, promoting, publishing, or distributing the project results
- Equipment or venue rental

- First-class airfare and excess baggage fees

Processing and Agreement

- Selected projects must sign a letter of agreement or a grant agreement
- Funding is paid in installments after the agreement is signed
- The final report is reviewed before the last payment is released
- Late submission of the final report may cancel the second installment
