  • Costs for producing, organizing, promoting, publishing, or distributing the project results
  • Equipment or venue rental

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Regular operating costs of an institution and staff remuneration
  • Costs already funded by another government program for the same expense
  • First-class airfare and excess baggage fees
  • Travel and daily allowances outside the American territory where the project takes place
  • General overhead and administrative costs
