- Artist fees, subcontracting, and copyright licenses
- Insurance, permits, and site security
- Travel, material transport, equipment or venue rental
- Purchase of materials, promotion, and results measurement
- Unreimbursed taxes for nonprofits, administration, and contingency costs within limits
