Processing and Agreement

- Applications are accepted in two intakes each year: spring and fall.
- Applicants must contact a program representative before applying to discuss eligibility.
- Funding decisions are final, and applicants cannot make a deputation to City Council about the application.
- A post-project report must be submitted within three months after the project ends.
