How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Complete the application form.
- Include a project description, community needs assessment, timeline, partnerships, and expected impact.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the application by email to grants@kfcdn.org or by mail to the Kiwanis Foundation of Canada in Brantford, Ontario.
- Submit the application by May 31.
- Step 3: Receive the decision
- Wait for the committee review and funding response.
- Step 4: Claim the matching funds
- After spending the club’s share, send proof of expenditures and request the Foundation match.
- Step 5: Submit the final report
- Provide a post-project report with impact, results, photos, and financial or physical commitment details.

- Applications are reviewed by a committee.
- Applicants are notified of the funding decision.
- Approved clubs submit proof of expenditures to receive the match.
- A post-project report must be submitted before the end of the following Kiwanis year.
