Eligibility

The applicant must be a non-profit organization or a for-profit business (sole proprietor, partnership, or corporation).
The project must build organizational capacity, support sustainability, and contribute to long-term organizational development.
The project must be incremental, adding to or advancing existing plans rather than supporting ongoing operations.
The project must address local priorities and aim for long-term community or economic benefits.
The project should demonstrate collaboration through partnerships that support shared success.
