Eligibility
Who is eligible?
- A social economy business or a collective organization that is a member of Transit 92276 that has its main and regular operations with Caisse d’économie solidaire Desjardins for more than one year.
- FADM is intended exclusively for unions, nonprofits, cooperatives, and cultural organizations.
- Exceptionally, a startup project that has been a member for less time may be considered.
Who is not eligible
- Non-member businesses, whose applications will not be processed.
- Businesses that are members of another Caisse in the Desjardins Movement, which must submit their application directly to their Caisse.

- Event sponsorship and visibility support
- Funding for structured projects with social or environmental impact
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Pre-startup and startup expertise needs
- Feasibility studies and related analysis
- Building renovation, construction, equipment purchases, moving, or office setup
- Annual fundraising campaigns or mass mailings
- Website redesign, branding updates, or stationery production
- International projects or internships, except when they have very significant and structuring impacts for Quebec communities

- Sustainability and autonomy of the applicant, along with complementarity with other partners, a coherent project budget, and an activity report.
- For sponsorships, business reciprocity, significant strategic visibility, alignment with business development objectives, opportunities for use, and reasonable exclusivity.
- Special attention to the sustainable development perspective and EDI criteria.
