• Non-member organizations, except in limited cases considered by the Caisse
• Organizations that do not mainly operate with Caisse d’économie solidaire Desjardins
• Organizations with applications outside the permitted annual limit
• Projects based internationally or internships without significant impact for Quebec communities

Eligible expenses

• Event sponsorship and visibility support
• Funding for structured projects with social or environmental impact

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Pre-startup and startup expertise needs
• Feasibility studies and related analysis
• Building renovation, construction, equipment purchases, moving, or office setup
• Annual fundraising campaigns or mass mailings
• Website redesign, branding updates, or stationery production
• International projects or internships, except when they have very significant and structuring impacts for Quebec communities

• Step 1: Choose the right request type
  • Select whether you are applying for a donation, sponsorship, or local development fund.
• Step 2: Complete the online form
  • Fill out the application through the online form provided by the funder.
  • You may also resume an existing application if needed.
• Step 3: Attach supporting documents
  • Include the project budget when required, especially for requests of $5,000 or more.
  • Provide any required information related to the project and its financial structure.
• Step 4: Submit before the deadline
  • Send the application before the relevant deadline to receive a response on time.

• Applications are reviewed according to the program’s stated priorities and criteria.
• Applicants receive a response based on the published deadline schedule.
• Organizations may need to report on results from previously funded projects before new support is considered.

• Only one application per year is allowed per organization across all categories.
• Applications must be submitted through the online form.
• For requests of $5,000 or more, a project budget must be attached.
• The maximum amount awarded per application is $30,000.
