The Affordable Housing Fund page now states that, as of December 19, 2025, the application portal is closed and all program funding has been committed. It also adds information that CMHC will continue underwriting conditional commitments, manage loan agreements, provide loan servicing, and report on outcomes for loans funded through the program. The page also replaces the prior Build Canada Homes link with a funding-opportunities link.
