• The applicant must be a legally constituted tourism enterprise, municipal entity, or Indigenous community or nation.
• The project must contribute to the development and growth of tourism in a responsible and sustainable way.
• The project must be located within the Centre-du-Québec tourist region.

Who is eligible?

• Legally constituted tourism enterprises (for-profit businesses, non-profits, cooperatives).
• Municipal entities involved in tourism development.
• Indigenous communities and nations with tourism projects.

Eligible expenses

• Costs related to organizing and delivering festivals and events.
• Investments in tourist attractions, activities and equipment.
• Expenses for accommodation development or improvement projects.
• Professional fees for studies and consulting services.
• Costs associated with the digital development of a tourism enterprise.

  • Verify that your organization and project meet the program’s objectives and admissibility conditions.
• Step 2: Complete Pre-admissibility Questionnaire
  • Access the online pre-admissibility questionnaire.
  • Provide the requested information on your organization and project.
• Step 3: Prepare Application Form
  • Download the application form for the relevant project category when available.
  • Fill in all required sections and gather supporting information as indicated in the guide.
• Step 4: Submit Application
  • Submit the completed application form and required information within the specified call for projects period.
  • Ensure the file is complete before the start of the analysis period to be considered by the management committee.

• An incomplete file at the start of the analysis period will not be reviewed and may be deferred to a later committee.
• Promoters should carefully read the Promoter’s Guide for full details on admissible clients, selection criteria and expected results.
• Local tourism or economic development advisors (MRC, CAE, SADC or others) can support promoters in preparing their business plan and forecasts.
• A pre-admissibility questionnaire must be completed before submitting a full application.
