- Step 3: Prepare Application Form

- Fill in all required sections and gather supporting information as indicated in the guide.
- Step 4: Submit Application
- Submit the completed application form and required information within the specified call for projects period.
- Ensure the file is complete before the start of the analysis period to be considered by the management committee.
Additional information
- An incomplete file at the start of the analysis period will not be reviewed and may be deferred to a later committee.
- Promoters should carefully read the Promoter’s Guide for full details on admissible clients, selection criteria and expected results.
- Local tourism or economic development advisors (MRC, CAE, SADC or others) can support promoters in preparing their business plan and forecasts.
- A pre-admissibility questionnaire must be completed before submitting a full application.
