- Promoter’s guide duly consulted before submitting the application.
- Application form specific to the “Festivals and events” category completed.
- Pre‑eligibility questionnaire filled out and submitted online.
Eligibility
- The applicant must be a legally constituted tourism enterprise, municipal entity, or Indigenous community or nation.
- The project must be located within the Centre-du-Québec tourist region.
- The project must contribute to attractive, innovative and distinctive tourism offerings that are responsible and sustainable.

How to apply
- Step 1: Consult Program Guide
- Download and read the "Guide du promoteur - EPRTNT" for the Festivals and Events category.
- Step 2: Complete Pre-admissibility Questionnaire
- Fill out and submit the online pre-admissibility questionnaire.
- Step 3: Submit Application Form
- Complete the specific application form for the Festivals and Events category.
- Submit the form within the official call-for-projects submission period.
Additional information
- The call for projects runs from March 9, 2025, to April 20, 2026, at 3:59 p.m.
- A third call for projects is planned from September 21, 2026, to November 6, 2026, at 3:59 p.m.
- Incomplete applications at the start of the analysis period will not be reviewed and may be deferred to a later committee.
- Applicants are encouraged to consult local tourism or economic development advisors (MRC, CAE, SADC or others) for support.
