- Submit the latest audited financial statements and a listing of your Board of Directors with the application.
- For grant requests over $25,000, submit a formal grant proposal in PDF format of not more than 10 pages.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed once a year.
- Final funding approval decisions are made in December.
- All approved applicants will be notified by email.
- The funds are disbursed by December 31.
- A letter of acknowledgement will be requested upon receipt of the donation by the successful applicant.
