How to apply
- Step 1: Submit a Letter of Intent
- New applicants must submit a Letter of Intent at least six months before the project start date.
- Step 2: Obtain permission to apply
- Wait for permission from FACTOR before submitting a formal application.
- Step 3: Apply through the relevant administrator
- FACTOR administers the English-language sector.
- Musicaction administers the French-language sector.
Processing and Agreement
- Letters of Intent are reviewed before a formal application is allowed for new applicants.
- Applications are assessed on a quarterly basis by FACTOR staff.
- Applications are then submitted for board review.
- Applicants receive permission from FACTOR before applying.
