- Keep the document to 10 pages or fewer.
- Step 2: Assemble required content

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after the deadline.
- Finalists are selected to create concept designs on a bus layout template.
- Final designs are displayed anonymously and may be voted on by the community.
- The finalists are notified of the design result.
Additional information
- The selected artist will be paid $5,750 plus HST, if applicable.
- Up to three finalists may be selected to develop concept sketches.
- Each finalist will receive $200 for the concept sketch stage.
- The artwork will be used for one year across regional and municipal communications.
