Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Downtown Improvement Grant Committee at the Township.
- Applications are assessed against eligibility, timing, project suitability, funding balance, and the applicant’s ability to carry out the project.
- If approved, funds are released after the project is completed and eligible expenses are proven.

- If the Spruce the Bruce grant program is open, applicants should apply there first and will be automatically enrolled in this program.
- Program terms and administrative procedures may be changed by the Township of Huron-Kinloss.
