- Transformation support is not available to non-manufacturing businesses.

- Working capital and operating cash flow needs.
- Regular debt and lease payments.
- Equipment investments.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- General use outside operational cash flow needs for liquidity support.
- Borrowers who already received support under the Softwood Lumber Guarantee Program, for additional loans in that program.
- Transformation support is not for non-manufacturing businesses.
