How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Complete the project presentation.
    • Gather the required supporting documents.
    • Complete the technical needs form and prepare any audio or video support material.
  • Step 2: Submit by email
    • Send the application by email to soumissions@primcentre.org.
    • Attach all required documents to the email.
  • Step 3: Wait for the review result
    • PRIM reviews the application for eligibility.
    • If eligible, the file is reviewed by a jury.
    • PRIM informs applicants of the decision by email.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first reviewed for eligibility by the program manager at PRIM.
  • Eligible applications are then assessed by a jury.
  • The jury makes the final decision and all decisions are final and without appeal.
  • Applicants are informed of the result within 15 business days after submission.

Additional information

  • Applicants may submit one application per calendar year.
  • The same project cannot be submitted to two programs at the same time.
  • Approved recipients must become PRIM members.
  • The project must be completed within two years of signing the agreement.
