- The project submission period for all regions runs from January 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until January 31, 2026, or until the budget is fully allocated, whichever comes first.
- The maximum financial assistance per applicant for the entire duration of the Initiative, including any bonus, is $50,000.
