The affordability section also now displays updated 2026 rent and income tables, including $964, $1,247, $1,323 and $1,858 in maximum monthly rent levels and annual household income thresholds of $32,000, $46,000, $52,500, $56,000 and $65,000.

- Participate in a pre-application meeting with Township Corporate and Development Services staff to discuss the proposed location, housing form, number of units, and project timing, and to confirm whether a Planning Act application is required.
- Read the CIP to understand all eligibility details and related requirements.
- Complete all required information on the application form and ensure all required signatures and supporting documentation are included.
- If an agent is acting for the property owner, complete and sign the required authorization on page 3.
- If the property owner is a corporation, provide the signing officer’s name, title, and corporation seal or indicate that the person has authority to bind the corporation.
- After completing and signing the application, click Save and then Submit.
