Who is eligible?

  • Applicants already receiving transit assistance through OW, ODSP, or Passport Program

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by Lakehead Social Planning Council
  • Applicants receive a letter approving or rejecting the application
  • Approved applicants use the credit or bus pass according to program rules

  • The program is administered by Lakehead Social Planning Council.
  • Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis.
  • Approved recreation credits expire on December 31 of the approval year.
  • Applicants may reapply for the following year starting November 1.
