- Applicants already receiving transit assistance through OW, ODSP, or Passport Program

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Lakehead Social Planning Council
- Applicants receive a letter approving or rejecting the application
- Approved applicants use the credit or bus pass according to program rules

- The program is administered by Lakehead Social Planning Council.
- Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis.
- Approved recreation credits expire on December 31 of the approval year.
- Applicants may reapply for the following year starting November 1.
