Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Adults
  • Adults attending a B.C. public post-secondary institution approved to administer Adult Upgrading Grant funding
  • Adults enrolled in skills upgrading or education and training courses

Who is not eligible

  • Students who are not residents of British Columbia.
  • Applicants who do not meet the program's citizenship or protected-person status requirements.
  • Landed immigrants under Investor or Entrepreneur immigration categories.

Eligible expenses

  • Mandatory fees, books, supplies, and technology.
  • Transportation and unsubsidized childcare.
  • Tuition for Accessible Education and Training.

How to apply
