• Companies with shareholders who are not Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or have a Quebec selection certificate

Eligible expenses

This grant supports young entrepreneurs in Montréal through financial assistance to help launch and develop their innovative business projects. The eligible projects are those that demonstrate high potential for viability and profitability while being in the early stages of development.

• Innovative pre-start phase business projects showing promise for future success.
• Start-up businesses in the early stages of operation.
• Growth-phase projects that have been in existence for less than two years and are expanding operations.

Eligible geographic areas

This grant is specific to companies with their head office located within a particular territorial jurisdiction. Eligible applications must meet the regional requirements outlined by the grant.

• City of Montréal territory.

The selection criteria for the Fonds ADM / 375 idées grant are as follows:

• Majority ownership by shareholders between 18 and 40 years old who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or hold a Québec selection certificate
• Head office located in the City of Montréal territory
• Reached 100% of crowdfunding campaign on La Ruche platform (minimum $3,750) since January 1, 2017
• In pre-start, start-up, or growth phase for less than 2 years
• Presentation of a 2-3 page executive summary demonstrating high potential for viability and profitability

  • Verify that your business is headquartered in the City of Montréal territory.
  • Confirm that you have reached 100% of your crowdfunding goal on La Ruche, with a minimum of $3,750, since January 1, 2017.
  • Ensure your business is in the pre-start, start-up, or growth phase for less than 2 years.
• Step 2: Prepare Application Materials
  • Craft an executive summary of your business plan (2-3 pages) demonstrating high potential for viability and profitability.
  • Gather all relevant financial documents and proof of successful crowdfunding.
• Step 3: Submit Request
  • Submit your completed application package, including the executive summary and financial documents, to the designated submission portal or contact provided by Fonds ADM / 375 idées.
  • Ensure your submission is before any applicable deadlines detailed by the grant administrators.
