  • Applicants in default on previous Ministry assistance obligations within the past two years.

Eligible expenses

  • Purchase and installation of wheelchair-accessibility equipment on vehicles.
  • Vehicle adaptation work for accessibility purposes.
  • Accessibility devices such as lifts, ramps, interior modifications, and wheelchair restraint systems.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Applications from companies listed in the Register of Enterprises Not Eligible for Public Contracts.
  • Applications from applicants in default on previous Ministry aid obligations within the past two years.
