• Proof of secondary school enrolment or post-secondary acceptance, if requested

Who is eligible?

• Secondary school students on Vancouver Island
• Students accepted to a BC post-secondary institution
• Applicants with volunteer or community service experience

Who is not eligible

• Applicants who are not enrolled in a Vancouver Island secondary school
• Applicants not accepted to a BC post-secondary program or institution
• Applicants who do not complete all six application sections

Eligible geographic areas

• Vancouver Island
• British Columbia

• Meeting the published eligibility criteria
• Dedication to community service
• Volunteer experience related to Rotary’s areas of focus may be preferred
• Preference for students attending UVic or Camosun

• Step 1: Complete the application
  • Fill in all six sections of the form.
  • Provide the required personal, school, volunteer, impact, and reference information.
• Step 2: Prepare supporting information
  • Ensure the application is accurate and complete.
  • Be ready to provide proof of enrolment or acceptance if requested.
• Step 3: Submit by email
  • Email the completed application to foundation@rotaractvictoria.org.
  • Submit it by May 13, 2022 at 11:59 PM.

• Applications are reviewed by the Rotaract Club of Victoria Foundation Board
• The scholarship is awarded at the Board’s discretion based on eligibility criteria
• The winner is notified by email on June 1, 2022
• An official offer email is sent to the selected applicant
• The scholarship offer may be withdrawn and reassigned if the applicant does not respond in time

• Only one scholarship is offered.
• Applicants must complete all six sections of the application.
• Applications are submitted by email.
• The winner may be asked to provide proof of enrollment or acceptance.
