The Village of Beiseker operates as a municipal government that administers the Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) program in partnership with the Government of Alberta. This provincial-municipal funding partnership enables the village to distribute grants for preventive social services to local residents.
The village accepts FCSS funding applications annually from July 1st to November 1st. Two funding tiers are available: grants of $5,000 and under, and grants over $5,000. These funds support community programs that promote social development, family enrichment, senior quality of life, and volunteer work in the community.
