Time for Help at Home is a social economy enterprise dedicated to making life easier for seniors, people with loss of autonomy, or those with functional limitations. Serving the areas of Haute-Saint-Charles, the MRC de la Jacques-Cartier, Les Rivières district, and the neighborhoods of Ste-Foy, Cap-Rouge, St-Augustin, and L'Ancienne-Lorette, our mission is to help you continue living at home safely and comfortably.
