Provides scholarships and project funding to break poverty cycles in Colombian communities, focusing on second language learning and in-demand skills. View The Winged Foundation's website for more information.

The Winged Foundation acts as a bridge between Canada and Latin America, channeling educational funding to underserved communities in Colombia. As a registered charitable foundation, it provides direct financial support through scholarships and project-based funding to organizations and individuals working with children and youth.
The foundation offers three main programs:
The foundation accepts project applications from organizations and individuals in Latin America. Selected projects receive funding, management support, logistics assistance, and international promotion from Canada. Projects must align with the foundation's mission and target Latin American children and youth aged 5-18 years.
Projects must demonstrate alignment with the foundation's mission and vision, positive impact through education processes that break poverty cycles, and adherence to UN Sustainable Development Goals (Quality Education, Good Health and Well-being, No Poverty).
The foundation maintains a board of directors that reviews and approves project proposals and budgets. It publishes regular newsletters and maintains a blog with impact updates.
