The Vita Foundation for Childhood Who We Are The Vita Foundation for Childhood is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to supporting children and adolescents who are fighting cancer. Founded in 2003 by Daniela De Santis and Danny Adornato, the foundation was born out of a personal journey—when their young son was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2001. Thanks to advances in treatment and research, their son recovered and is now living a happy, healthy life. Inspired by their experience and the resilience of other children affected by cancer, the founders committed themselves to helping others facing similar battles. Our Mission Our mission at the Vita Foundation for Childhood is clear: to aid young patients battling cancer by supporting cutting-edge research and enhancing patient care.
