The Acts Of Grace Foundation
Who We Are
The Acts Of Grace Foundation envisions a world where people are reconciled to God and restored towards the wholeness He originally intended for humanity. By empowering organizations and transforming lives, the foundation aims to glorify God and create lasting impact.
What We Do
Acts of Grace provides grants to Canadian registered charities with a Christian faith basis. The foundation supports initiatives designed to increase the long-term capacity of marginalized individuals, communities, the Church, and charities, enabling them to create and sustain positive change. The primary focus is on developmental and transformational work, rather than providing immediate aid or relief.
What We Fund
Acts of Grace funds two main types of grants:
- Capacity-building grants: These support the long-term effectiveness of Canadian charities and their partners. Funds may be used for investments in capital, infrastructure, systems, processes, equipment, and people.
- Program-delivery grants: These grants enhance the capability of individuals, communities, and churches to achieve self-sufficiency, well-being, and spiritual growth. Supported programs and services include Education & Training, Society & Community, Evangelism & Discipleship, and Biblical Resources.
How We Work
Acts of Grace operates a paperless application process with all eligible grant requests assessed by the Foundation's Granting Committee. As of 2025, their granting priorities, process, and online systems have changed. The 2026 granting process will be by invitation only, and all grant inquiries begin with a 30-minute Inquiry Call via Zoom with the Administrative Director. The foundation does not accept funding requests by mail or email. Interested organizations are advised to review the updated website for the latest information on the application process and priorities.
