La fondation sert également de canal pour coordonner les dons des lecteurs du groupe Sing Tao afin d'aider les individus et les familles dans le besoin. Nearly 1,000 students ont bénéficié des programmes de prêt au cours des 10 dernières années, et près de 200 familles ont reçu une aide par le biais du programme de dons des lecteurs.
