Ryan's Rays as a Funding Organization
Ryan's Rays is a charitable foundation inspired by Ryan Martz, established to empower children and youth living with disabilities. Grant Funding Criteria
To be considered for a Ryan's Rays grant, recipients must be qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act. The foundation funds capital projects and special projects but does not fund ongoing general operations. Unsolicited applications are not accepted at this time.
Geographic Scope and Impact
The foundation supports projects both in Canada and internationally, with partnerships in Ethiopia and Guatemala. Projects funded include accessible school libraries, special needs education classrooms, child development units, therapy equipment, inclusive playgrounds, and accessible housing for families of children with disabilities.
