Quebec Community Groups Network Building Bridges for Quebec's English-Speaking Community For over 30 years, the Quebec Community Groups Network (TALQ) has been dedicated to passionately defending the interests of Quebec's English-speaking community. Advocacy and Rights Protection TALQ amplifies the voice of 1.3 million English-speaking Quebecers, believing strongly in the power of conversation to build bridges and create meaningful change. The organization actively stands up for rights, strengthens communities, and ensures the concerns of the English-speaking population are heard at every level.
