- Healthcare Support Program: This program helps enhance the technical capacity of healthcare organizations by providing equipment, medical supplies, medicines, and knowledge sharing in specialties like cardiology, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, ophthalmology, and more.
- "Colis sous le bras" Program: This flexible initiative allows volunteers and travelers to carry medical supplies and medications directly to healthcare centers. This direct approach ensures rapid and efficient support, particularly for remote or frequently changing healthcare environments.

At CSI, over sixty volunteers contribute more than 10,000 hours annually to activities including biomedical engineering, pharmacy, dentistry, ophthalmology, and logistics.
