Our Mission: The Gift of Hearing
The Fondation Groupe Forget is a charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss. Its mission is driven by five key goals:
- Helping people in need by providing hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or professional care.
- Supporting children with hearing loss by enabling them to take part in activities and educational programs essential for their development.
- Encouraging future leaders in hearing health by awarding scholarships to students in audiology and related fields.
- Supporting nonprofit associations and foundations working in the field of hearing health.
- Raising public awareness and educating people about hearing health.
Making a Real Difference
Since its creation in 2008, Fondation Groupe Forget has donated over 3 million dollars in hearing aids, audiology tests, and assistive devices. The foundation also supports children with profound hearing loss so they can attend specialized camps tailored to their unique needs. Every month, a dedicated donation committee reviews each application case to ensure ongoing support.
