Fondation de la Greffe de Moelle Osseuse de l'Est du Québec The Fondation de la Greffe de Moelle Osseuse de l'Est du Québec is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people who have undergone bone marrow transplants. The Mission The foundation’s mission is to support bone marrow transplant recipients and their families by offering free or low-cost services. It actively promotes stem cell donor registration, helping to increase the pool of potential donors.
