Fondation Audrey-Lehoux: Supporting the Next Generation of Agriculture
Our Mission
The Audrey-Lehoux Foundation aims to encourage young leaders in agriculture in the Chaudière-Appalaches region by recognizing their academic merit, social involvement, and leadership through end-of-studies scholarships, all while promoting respect for others.
Annual Scholarships
Every year, recent graduates in agriculture at the secondary, college, or university level from Chaudière-Appalaches are eligible for one of several scholarships offered by the Foundation. The Foundation's representatives are proud to recognize the dedication and perseverance of this new generation, which is vital to the region's agricultural and agri-food sectors.
Types of Scholarships
- Bourse Grand Mérite Promutuel Assurances - $1,000
For graduates with a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or an Attestation of College Studies (AEC).
- Bourse Grand Mérite Desjardins - $1,000
Awarded to graduates with a Diploma of College Studies (DEC).
- Bourse Grand Mérite UPA de Beauce-Nord & UPA Chaudière-Appalaches - $1,000
For graduates with a bachelor's degree in agronomy or agri-economics.
- Bourse d’Excellence Agri-Marché - $2,000
Awarded regardless of education level, based on academic results, agricultural, social, cultural, and sports involvement.
- Bourse d’Implication Expo St-Isidore - $1,000
For graduates who stand out for their contribution to agricultural, cultural, or sports organizations.
- Bourse d’Implication Laraca - $750
For graduates making notable contributions in agricultural, cultural, or sports fields.
- Bourse Centre multi-conseils agricole (CMCA) - $750
For graduates demonstrating strong interest in technical and financial management of farm businesses.
- Coup de Cœur Bernard Breton
For individuals who have made exceptional contributions to young people in agriculture in the region.
- Bourse des Éleveurs de porcs de la Beauce & des Deux Rives - $750
For graduates specialized in or showing interest in pig production.
- Bourse La Financière agricole du Québec (FADQ) - $750
For graduates interested in agricultural business management.
- Bourse Producteurs et Productrices acéricoles du Québec (PPAQ) Chaudière-Appalaches - $750
For those specialized in or passionate about maple production.
How to Apply
To apply for most of these scholarships, candidates must submit their application before October 1, 2025. For the main Grand Mérite Scholarships, students must select the one corresponding to their educational path. Candidates for other awards, such as the Excellence or Involvement Scholarships, must first apply for a Grand Mérite Scholarship.
